Pricing & Payment Information

At IdleBox, we keep our pricing simple and transparent. We do not inflate product prices. Items are listed at their actual in store prices. The only additional charges added to your order are our service fee and delivery fee.

What You Pay For

  1. Product Cost
    All products are listed at their actual store prices. We do not increase item prices.
  2. Service Fee
    This covers the cost of purchasing, handling, and managing your order.

Our service fees are:

R15 for orders below R300
R30 for orders above R300 and below R800
R50 for orders above R800 up to R3000

  1. Delivery Fee
    The delivery fee is calculated based on your location and distance, and the amount is shown before checkout.

How Ordering Works

• You select your items and proceed to checkout.
• You must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
• Once payment is completed, you will receive order details and confirmation via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address, phone number, and delivery address. IdleBox will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:
An order summary via email
Payment confirmation
• Updates if there are stock issues or price differences

If any issue arises, our personal shoppers may contact you through the IdleBox chat system for clarification before proceeding.

Important Notes

Full payment must be made before order processing begins.
Service fees are non refundable once purchasing has started.
Delivery fees are non refundable once the driver has been dispatched.
• If store prices change or items are unavailable, you will be contacted before we proceed.
