IdleBox is not a marketplace where stores sell directly through our system. We operate as an independent shopping and delivery service. The stores listed on our platform are not affiliated with IdleBox.

Receipts and Transparency

We believe in full transparency. For every completed order, customers receive the official store receipt as proof of purchase.

At the time of delivery, our delivery personnel will provide:

• Any available change, where applicable

This ensures you can confirm exactly what was purchased and how your money was used.

Direct Communication

IdleBox includes a built in chat feature that allows customers to communicate directly with our personal shoppers.
